Leadership study days are suitable for those who have experience of being a member of a Balint group and now wish to consider Balint group leadership training or to develop their leadership skills. If you have not been in a Balint group before, please contact the course organiser before registering for this event.

This workshop will be of interest to those leading Balint groups and Balint style case discussion groups who wish to examine and develop their leadership skills. We will explore some of the successes, difficulties and pitfalls in leading such groups in a variety of different settings using short presentations, group discussion and experience of being in or observing some Balint group work during the day.

This day will count towards Balint leadership accreditation.
